11.200 Rupiah is 1 Euro

Justification

TOP In total we received with our action 38.000 Euro. of which 12.500 Euro of the municipality Menterwolde in Groningen. Through this municipality has come to Medan - on our request - the volunteer Koos Blok (partly on his own expenses) to help with the relief action. Koos was previously head of Regional office North of the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
Koos has been here from beginning of February till beginning of March and has assessed together with us all cases in this period. Together with Koos we set up a bookkeeping system for accounting of all expenditures and costs made.

During the relief action we are helped further by pastor James Bharataputra, pastor Budi, sister Bernadet, mrs. Suanni, Lilik Suripto, mrs. Noor, Jan Albert Buiskool and John en Marga Jaeqx.
On this moment there is still 10.971 Euro left over of the donated amounts. Of these 72 million rupiah are on our account number in Indonesia. With this we will finance the ongoing study costs for a number of students as that they may complete their study.
Furthermore we still get applications for aid which has to be assessed from case to case.

An elaborate report of the action including photos is to be seen here on our website

Follow up reports will published also on this website.

We thank everybody who contributed to this action.
